  • About Us

Jennifer Mae: "I am a graduate of UC Berkeley with a BA in Film and Media Studies. Photography and Video have been a passion of mine since I was only 11 years old. The thing that I love most about shooting weddings, is getting to know the couples and becoming friends in the process!

Chris: "I am also a graduate of UC Berkeley with a BA in Film and Media Studies. I have worked in the entertainment industry for as long as I can remember. The thing that I love most about shooting weddings, may sound pretty cliche, but it's true. I love capturing one of the happiest days in someone's life."

  • Why do we shoot weddings?

We love weddings! Everything about them! Each experience to us is fresh, new and exciting. We are definitely not the company that you hire if you are looking for someone to show up and hit record. Our passion is story telling and that is exactly what we do... Tell your story. We understand what it feels like to go through the process of a wedding :-) as we are a husband wife team and we have been there ourselves! One of the most important things in you coming together is that you are both individuals and we look for the unique qualities that make you fit perfectly as a couple! A wedding is much more than saying "I do". It is many days, months and in most cases many years in the making. We put as much love into capturing your day as you have put into creating it! We love working with couples who are as passionate about us capturing their wedding as we are :-) We would love to hear about your big day!

Angelique + Jonathan are two of the sweetest people that we have met! When we first booked their wedding they had sent us a Save the date magnet that has been on our refrigerator for the last year, so they had become part of our daily lives. Chris and I just loved their excitement the whole day about being able to watch their video that night…. Jonathan especially… From the moment they saw each other you could feel how deep their love ran.

We hope you enjoy just a little of their day!

You may remember Ben + Noni from their Silent film Save the Date we did back in January. We have really become friends with them over the last year!
They both have such bright and fun personalities! They met years ago at UC Davis where they both attended.. and they currently live in Los Angeles/New York, so a San Francisco Wedding was just perfect… Plus San Francisco is the home to where their love truly blossomed… and where their favorite restaurant King of Thai is!!!

The Palace Hotel in San Francisco was the perfect location to have their wedding as it’s charm and sophistication mirrors these two! Did I mention that Noni was a Raiderette? So her entourage of beautiful women made for a fantastic backdrop as well! They had a mixture of a traditional ceremony and a Persian ceremony. Each ceremony had so much meaning to each of them. One of my favorite moments is when Noni started to dance walking down the aisle.. and Ben joined her.

We loved the persian dancers that they had during the cocktail hour and reception… We had actually worked with them before… Fun Fun Fun! They will be included in their Extended SDE..

Their photographers were great to work with and we will add their link as soon as they do a blog posting.

We had such a great time with Ben and Noni and we hope you enjoy their Same Day Edit!

Noni Anderson - WOW. WOW. WOW. These two never cease to amaze us! Their work is not only outstanding but the relationship they develop with their clients becomes so personal. We truly think of Jennifer Mae and Chris as our friends ๐Ÿ™‚ They always went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and they went above and beyond to deliver our vision. I already have friends who are engaged (and not engaged yet ๐Ÿ˜‰ asking for their contact info. Thank you for capturing our special day. We hope to keep in touch!

    Love,
    Noni & Ben

Amy and Dan’s theme was an apple and a volleyball. Amy is a teacher and Dan LOVES volleyball. Which you will see by the opening of the Same Day Edit. There were so many little details surrounding their day. One of the most unique things was the fact that they made everything themselves, including Little Glass Charms. They also took time to exchange gifts with one another. Dan received a super cool Omega Watch and Amy was thrilled with the New ipad 2 that Dan surprised her with!

The thing that stands out the most was the love that extended far beyond Amy and Dan and out to all of the students, friends and family that worked so hard to make sure the day was amazing. From hanging lights to performing music, it was a day of working together.

They were married at the vineyards at Martinelli Event Center which was a perfect backdrop to a perfect day!

We hope you enjoy watching a bit of their day!
