True LOVE!
That is what I think of when I think of Michelle + Emmanuel. They had such a special journey to the alter.
Their relationship started many years ago.
They were together for 7 years and then separated. Fate brought them back together… or should I say Faith!!!
Once they reunited they put their faith at the front of their relationship. They didn’t even kiss until their first kiss at the alter on their wedding day. It is such a cute moment when you see them kiss for the first time.
I think I fell in love when I heard their proposal story…In Michelle’s words:
“Eman has been preparing for our engagement day since last year – even before we got reunited! ๐ Little did I know that when he went to the Philippines, he had already bought “the ring” from a jeweller back home. When he came back to the city, it took him half a year to actually propose! It took a lot of prayers and nerves, but the day finally came ๐
It was a beautiful day in the Napa County when we got engaged. We were supposedly there to do a “just for fun” photoshoot offered by our dear friend and favorite photographer, Riva Ramos. I was hesitant at first since we weren’t really engaged to do an “engagement photoshoot” but since she insisted, (and it was free!) we gladly agreed! ๐
As Riva was taking photos of us, our super amazing friends, Princess, Ryan, Dom and Jami were already behind us, preparing this huge banner that says, “Will you marry me?” Our friends know me so well. Everyone was wearing white and was holding up white and pastel colored balloons. Tita Nene, the ever cool and game tita, was taking a video of everything. She was also the first one to cry once Eman faced me, knelt down on one knee and said:
“Michelle, you know I love you. I have never loved anyone else besides you and I don’t think I ever will. I believe that God prepared me right up to this day to kneel before you. So here I am, ready to love you the way you deserve to be loved. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?”
I was shocked. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing – and seeing! I can’t believe Eman actually got me a ring and prepared all these in advance! I was crying and laughing at the same time out of extreme excitement, happiness, and just the feeling of being loved beyond words. I was like a princess, being pursued by her prince. It was like a fairytale – surreal and dreamy. I will never forget this day and will always be grateful to God who made a little girl’s dream possible, to Eman who became the man of my dreams and to our dearest friends who are always there to support and love us. You all made this proposal an unforgetful and glorious day.”
You can see how my heart melted!!!!
It was such a beautiful story… and Chris and I love to tell each couples story! Anyone who talks to us or has had us capture their day, knows that we are not the people to just show up and hit record….
It was also a very emotional day, as Michelle’s family was from another country and were unable to make it due to the way of the world. Every bride knows how important that is to each of us to have our family there. The thing about Michelle is that she smiled and laughed and enjoyed the day and was one of the most beautiful brides in the process. You see, she was sad that they tried so hard, but couldn’t be there on her wedding day, but she knew that her family was there in spirit and that they would all see each other soon. Her priority was her commitment to her husband and spreading all of the love that was within her heart to her guests, friends and to Eman’s family.
I can’t wait for her family to watch the Same Day Edit!!! I know that they will feel like they were there ๐
After the ceremony we ventured off into the vineyards and they were so adventurous that they even climbed a huge hill {in heels} to have the amazing view of their venue… and wait to you see the super cinematic silhouette of them up on the hill! ahhh beauty!
We really loved sharing in such a beautiful day, filled with love, laughter and tons of emotion!!!!
We hope that you enjoy just a little of their day:
Much love

Congratulations again and again, Eman and Michelle! You two are wonderful!!! Enjoy God’s blessings together, forever! (Michelley, dalagang dalaga ka na talaga… Sniff…) much love to both of you!!!
Christine and I {Jennifer Mae} had such a great time shooting Oliver’s Newborn session.
We planned for months to create something that would be fun and also represent a little of his parents. Jim aka Oliver’s daddy in the world of parenting, is what Katie would like to call a MATH WIZARD aka a Mathematician… and Katie works in education as well. So, we decided to incorporate the chalkboard, Jim’s math books and personal glasses into the photo shoot.
We also went out shopping for props and even purchased (way to much) yarn to make hats and more ๐
Oliver is such a sweet baby and it really comes across in his images.
We hope that you enjoy some images from our little adventure with Oliver.

I am so excited to have a moment to post Kelly + Brett’s Same Day Edit. I know how excited they are to see their day again ๐
Kelly is seriously one of the nicest people that we have met ๐ From the first time we met her and Brett, to walking into the Hair Den where she did her hair and make-up, she always had a smile on her face. On her wedding day, she greeted us with a big HELLO and an offering of Devine treats that she had for her bridal party and family… and as her and the girls worked away at putting together the programs, Kelly was always thinking of someone else first… I can see why Brett is so in love with her.
Brett and the guys started their day with a round of Golf and Chris and William were able to go and meet them on the course. Throughout the day, we witnessed the bond that Brett had with all of the men in his life. Whether they were hitting balls, telling fun stories in the back yard of Brett’s parents house, or smoking cigars, everyone really enjoyed the day.
One of the sweetest moments I witnessed was about a half an hour before the ceremony when Brett asked if they were able to do anything about the sun. He explained that he wouldn’t be able to see Kelly when she walked down the aisle. This was the moment that he had been dreaming of. It reminded me one more time how men and women equally look forward to that moment… The first time you see that person on your wedding day that you will spend the rest of your life with…. and when she walked down that aisle, you could feel the love that they had for one another… Once again, with the tears rolling down her cheeks, Kelly was smiling as she was filled with joy.
It was such a pleasure getting to know these two.
I hope that you enjoy just a little bit of their special day.
