Michelle + Chris + family!!!! – Celebrating 10 years – getting ready to renew their vows!!!

On the fourth of July we had such a great time with Michelle + Chris + their two girls… Janessa + Jazlynn!!!
We went out shooting a “sort of engagement” session….
and ended up spending the afternoon in Tilden Park exploring and playing! {even with the holiday crowd}

Michelle + Chris have such an interesting and amazing story …we are so excited to be shooting their wedding in the fall!
This will be the “big wedding” that they have always dreamed of!

Their story began over a decade ago in high school.

Yep they are HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS.

This October they will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary and extremely excited to be renewing their vows…

This time their girls Janessa + Jazlynn will be there to share in the celebration as JUNIOR BRIDESMAIDS!

a thriller/suspense short film featuring one of our favorite brides… Tiffany!!!!

Tiffany + Scott are one of our favorite couples!!!! While we were shooting their wedding, we found out that Tiffany was a natural in front of the camera. So when we recently entered the 48 hour film project in San Francisco, we thought of a role for Tiff. She was such a star! In short, the 48 hour film project is where you meet up with a group of film makers on a particular Friday. At 7pm you are given a genre, character, line of dialogue and a prop and by 7:30 you are sent out to make a film in 48 hours! So a few weeks ago that’s just what we did. We wrote a THRILLER/SUSPENSE film featuring TIFFANY. It was such a great time! A week later our film screened at a theater in San Francisco and we got to hang out with not only Tiffany, but also Scott and Tiff’s mom. It is such a treat to stay connected with such incredible people. We wanted to share it with you and their friends and family! Hope you enjoy!!! (and remember it was completely made in 48 hours) —-

Carrie + Ryan watching their SAME DAY EDIT!!!

We just received this photo from Craig Wolfrom the photographer that we worked with for Carrie + Ryan’s wedding. What an amazing treat to see the experience of them watching their SAME DAY EDIT from another perspective. We also look forward to shooting with Craig again soon!

For those of you unfamiliar with a SAME DAY EDIT…
It is when we prepare in advance, shoot, edit + screen a cinematic highlight of your day at your reception! We also bring a projector and screen and set it all up!
It is not only a show stopper, but a way to truly embrace your day and see the wonderful moments on the big screen that day, with your family and friends.
It is also a really unique element and a great surprise for your guests making your wedding extremely unique and stand out from others.

In addition, it is great for those special guests who are out of town and can’t make it, because we post it on our site for you within a week of your wedding so you can view it right away.

Anjali + Girish Wedding Trailer!!! San Francisco City Hall – Indian Wedding

What a whirlwind Anjali + Girish’s wedding was. From the moment I first spoke to Anjali, I was excited to share in their most special day. Then everything from the Mehendi Celebration to the main ceremony was just beautiful. We had so much to chose from it was nearly impossible to create a trailer without it becoming their highlight, but we somehow managed.

We had never shot at San Francisco City Hall and let me tell you it was just magnificent! The architecture is breathtaking. To see Anjali + Girish make their grand entrance walking down the stairs of City Hall was simply magical!

Not only was it a pleasure to spend the day with the Gupta’s, Aakalu’s and their many friends and family…We also had the honor of shooting with Joy Marie of Joy Marie Photography. Joy and her staff were truly professional and a treat to watch in action.

We hope that you enjoy a little taste of their day!

What a whirlwind yesterday was… Ahhhhh, in a few words…
beauty ° family ° friends ° shoes ° surprises ° romance ° rock ° hand-shake ° cool ° laughter ° and of course…. LOVE!
o.k. now I’m getting silly… the truth is that you cannot even summarize the amazing day that was experienced
by all at CARRIE + RYAN’S wedding! Chris and I knew the moment that we met these two that the day would rock.
and it literally did. They had this amazing band POPROCKS who really brought their reception to life. By the end of the night Carrie and Ryan were up on the stage bringing down the house. Can’t wait to add this to their extended video….

The whole day took place at the amazing Wente Vineyards, where we were able to capture some breathtaking images with Craig Wolfrom or Craig Wolfrom Photography. We were so excited to work with him as we had checked out his site and were amazed at his keen eye for detail. He was so great to work with and really great with Carrie + Ryan!
